2007 Benefit Concert

Thank you to all for your generosity. Proceeds benefit the schools at Oasis of Peace.

On February 10th and 11th, 2007, the 100-Voice Global Harmony Chorus sang to promote peace in the Holy Land. Global Harmony is an inter-faith, non-auditioned community chorus open to all who wish to sing to make a difference.

Program

This year's program featured diverse and exciting works promoting peace in the Holy Land including:

• Leonard Bernstein's Chichester Psalms
• Emma Lou Diemer’s Neighbor, Take This Torch of Peace
• John Rutter's prayer for freedom, Distant Land

Guest Musicians

• Voices of Sepharad (Saturday evening and Sunday matinee)
• Community of Peace Academy High School Choir (Saturday only)
• Prime Chimers Bell Team (Saturday and Sunday Matinees)
• Sarah Grudem, harp
